Delivery is made within the country (Germany) and to the following countries: Albania, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary, Belarus.

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge shipping costs according to the rates specified in the webshop. These vary depending on package size.
International deliveries:
We charge shipping costs according to the rates specified in the webshop. These vary depending on package size and the destination country.
Delivery times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within 1–2 days for domestic deliveries (Germany) and within 2–4 days for international deliveries following the conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed advance payment, following the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
