Right of withdrawal for purchases of goods

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period expires fourteen days after you or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. Where goods from a single order are delivered separately, the period starts upon receipt of the last item.

You may also use the online function on this page. We will promptly acknowledge the contents of your declaration and its receipt date and time by email. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your declaration before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we are informed of your withdrawal. Additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer are excluded. We use the same means of payment as the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur fees for the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Send back or hand over the goods to the address above without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after informing us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before those fourteen days expire. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Original packaging is not a condition for exercising your right of withdrawal.

Statutory exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

Right of withdrawal for digital services and subscriptions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period expires fourteen days after the contract is concluded. Use the contact methods or online function above to submit your declaration. Sending it before the period expires meets the deadline.

We will reimburse all payments received without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your declaration. We use the same means of payment as the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. No reimbursement fees apply.

If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay an amount proportionate to the services provided up to your withdrawal compared with the full contractual service, provided the statutory conditions are met. Merely activating or using a continuing service does not automatically extinguish your right of withdrawal.
