SPINNAX FREAK App:

The SPINNAX FREAK APP allows you to use the features of the SPINNAX FREAK system over the Internet (VPN connections are excluded) on a mobile device (smartphones with iOS 9.0 or higher, Android 4.2 or higher). Available content depends on the SPINNAX FREAK package purchased. Recommended bandwidth: 14 Mbit/s. Customers can also use the SPINNAX FREAK APP outside of Europe, provided there are no local usage restrictions. An Internet connection is required for trick data analysis and data transfer. Note: Additional charges for mobile data usage may apply through your mobile carrier or hotspot provider.

Cloud Storage:

When purchasing the SPINNAX FREAK, 20 GB of storage and 4 GB of upload/download volume per month are included. Additional storage and increased upload/download volume can be purchased for an extra fee.

Package Usage:

With the SPINNAX FREAK and FREAK PRO packages, the package features can be used on multiple mobile devices of a single user, provided these devices meet the technical requirements and the same user account is used. Usage is tied to one user, non-transferable, and limited to the subscription period. Authentication is carried out via the email address registered in the user account and a license key.

Note: The user and the purchaser do not have to be the same person. The purchaser is entitled to use the license key and the FREAK themselves or transfer them to a person of their choice. Once the FREAK and smartphone have been connected and the license key entered by the purchaser or their chosen person, usage is linked to that user account and can no longer be transferred.

Updates:

We carefully develop and test our products according to the latest standards. Nevertheless, errors can occur, and if we discover any, we fix them immediately. In addition, mobile device hardware and software are constantly evolving. To ensure the best possible user experience, we regularly provide free software and firmware updates. App updates are installed via the App Store or Play Store, depending on the operating system used. Firmware updates for the FREAK sensor are carried out through the SPINNAX FREAK App. An Internet connection is required to perform updates.
