SPINNAX FREAK (Basic package) €99.90 for a 1-year subscription

Subscription Update Service

Any new features or hardware developed for the respective package during the subscription period will be made available to the subscriber free of charge. This way, you’ll always stay at the cutting edge of technology!

Subscription Renewal:

The subscription will automatically renew for one year unless it is canceled at least one month before the end of the current term. In the case of renewal for an additional year, the following price applies: SPINNAX FREAK (Basic Package) €99.90 per year.

SPINNAX FREAK App:

With the SPINNAX FREAK APP, the features of the SPINNAX FREAK system can be accessed via the Internet (VPN connections are excluded) using a mobile device (smartphones with iOS 9.0 or higher, Android 4.2 or higher). The available content depends on the SPINNAX FREAK package purchased. Recommended bandwidth: 14 Mbit/s. Customers can also use the SPINNAX FREAK APP outside of Europe, provided there are no local usage restrictions. An Internet connection is required for trick data analysis and data transfer. Note: Additional charges for mobile data usage may apply through your mobile carrier or hotspot provider.

Cloud Storage:

The subscription includes 20 GB of storage and 4 GB of upload/download volume per month. Additional storage and increased upload/download volume can be purchased for an extra fee.

Package Usage:

With the SPINNAX FREAK and FREAK PRO packages, the package features can be used on multiple mobile devices of a single user, provided these devices meet the technical requirements and the same user account is used. Usage is tied to one user, non-transferable, and limited to the subscription period. Authentication is done via the email address registered in the user account and a license key. Recorded data remains available for at least 12 months after the subscription expires.

Note: The user and the purchaser do not have to be the same person. The purchaser is entitled to use the license key and the FREAK themselves or transfer them to a person of their choice. Once the FREAK and smartphone have been connected and the license key entered by the purchaser or their chosen person, usage is linked to that user account and can no longer be transferred.

FREAK Sensor:

To use the features included in the SPINNAX FREAK and FREAK PRO packages, a subscription and a FREAK sensor are required. The FREAK sensor is provided to the subscriber for the duration of the subscription. It remains the property of SPINNAX GmbH. The FREAK sensor must be returned to SPINNAX GmbH no later than 14 days after the subscription expires:
SPINNAX GmbH, Haldenhofstraße 12, 78351 Bodman-Ludwigshafen, Germany.
The subscriber is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the FREAK is not returned, it will unfortunately be charged at €159.

Updates

We develop and test our products carefully and according to the latest standards. Nevertheless, errors can occur. If we discover any, we will fix them immediately. In addition, the hardware and software of mobile devices are constantly evolving. To ensure the best possible user experience in the future, we regularly provide free software and firmware updates. App updates are installed via the App Store or Play Store, depending on the operating system used. Firmware updates for the FREAK sensor are carried out through the SPINNAX FREAK App. An Internet connection is required to perform updates.

New Hardware:

If new features require new FREAK sensors, these will be provided to the subscriber free of charge by SPINNAX GmbH & Co. KG. New features can only be used after updating the app and/or firmware. Delivery times for new hardware to subscribers may vary and are determined by SPINNAX GmbH.
