The following terms apply:
Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Albania, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, United Kingdom, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary, Belarus.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Deliveries within Germany:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 per order.
Deliveries abroad:
We charge flat-rate shipping fees for international deliveries as follows:
Within the EU: €4.90
Delivery Times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany will take 1–2 days, and international deliveries will take 2–4 days after the contract is concluded (or, in the case of advance payment, after your payment has been made).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery period that you have ordered.
