Terms and Conditions for Social Media Contest

1. Participation and Exclusion

All persons aged 18 or older and residing in the business area of SPINNAX GmbH are eligible to participate.

Participation in the contest is only possible via the Facebook or Instagram fan page of SPINNAX GmbH. A person participates by performing the communicated action on a contest post on the SPINNAX GmbH Facebook/Instagram page using their personal account.

SPINNAX GmbH will draw the winner(s) from all participants. SPINNAX GmbH expressly reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these terms and conditions and also reserves the right to delete inappropriate comments or images.

2. Prize

The winner will be notified via private message on Facebook or Direct Message on Instagram and, unless otherwise stated in the contest description, the prize will be sent by post at the expense of SPINNAX GmbH.

3. No Cash Payment and Legal Recourse

The prize cannot be paid out in cash. Legal recourse is excluded.

4. Winner Notification and Transfer

The winner will be drawn promptly after the end of the respective contest and informed via Facebook or Instagram. If the participant does not respond within seven days, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

5. Liability

SPINNAX GmbH accepts no liability for:
a) Errors in data transmission
b) Theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of participant data
c) Technical malfunctions of any kind
d) Damage to the input device (e.g., smartphone, tablet, computer) of a participant or any other person resulting from participation in the contest

6. Early Termination of the Contest

SPINNAX GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. This may be done, in particular, if proper execution of the contest cannot be guaranteed due to technical or legal reasons.

7. Data Protection

Personal data collected during the contest will be used solely by SPINNAX GmbH for the purpose of conducting the contest, notifying winners, and delivering prizes. No other use will be made of the data.

8. Applicable Law

The contest is governed by German law.

9. Contest Organizer

The organizer of the contest is SPINNAX GmbH, Haldenhofstraße 12, 78351 Bodman-Ludwigshafen, not Meta Platforms, Inc., its subsidiaries, or any social network it operates, such as Facebook or Instagram.

This contest is not associated with, sponsored, supported, or organized by Meta Platforms, Inc., its subsidiaries, or any social network it operates. Meta Platforms, Inc. and its subsidiaries are released from any liability arising from this contest. All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the promotion must be directed to SPINNAX GmbH. The information provided will be used solely for participation in the contest and for determining the winner. Legal recourse is excluded.

10. Indemnity Clause

Participants are responsible for the content of their comments under posts announcing contests on the SPINNAX GmbH fan page. SPINNAX GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to delete inappropriate comments or images.
